Our welders work fulfilling all quality requirements – regardless of the method or materials. They also always have the welding classes required by the work. Our welders are professionally tested at our partner’s welding training centre in Poland.  If our customers so desire, they are welcome to attend the welder testing event to personally oversee the workers’ competence. All our workers always have the certificates and work permits that that fulfill the legal requirements of the target country and work site. We always equip our welders with high-quality work clothing that each job demands. If necessary we are also capable to arrange welding machines and equipment to work site.

We also induct our employees in accordance with the individual requirements of our customers and the work site and organise necessary trainings for our employees before starting the work. We take care of our welders occupational safety. Our workers always use high quality working clothes and wear the best personal safety equipment such as safety harnesses that are inspected regularly. Our welders always hold a valid occupational safety and hot work cards. In addition, we aim to train all our employees to have emergency medical care skills in case of any accidents occur at work site. Our strengths are worker availability and deliveries even with a short notice. Thanks to our Polish subsidiary specialised in labour acquisition and testing, we can find the required number of professional welders for even the biggest industrial projects. Our permanent employee reserves – covering hundreds of workers – enable us to deliver personnel extremely quickly, even in a matter of days. In welding, work quality is especially crucial and that is why welders are expected to be top-notch professionals and nothing else. We test our welders at our partner’s welding training centre in Poland where they also qualify for the required weld classes. Thanks to written feedback and standardised certifications, we can ensure that our welders possess the necessary skills before we send them to the work sites. Our customers are welcome to attend the welder testing events to personally oversee the workers’ competence, or we can also record these tests on video. Our staffing service always includes the full service. We deliver our scaffolders to the target country where we take care of accommodations, vehicles, required certificates as well as working clothes, hand tools and safety equipment. The only thing left to the customer is to inform us starting date and the required number of employees.
